"SMALL TOWN TEAMS,
BIG TIME DREAMS."
DAKOTA ROOTS HOCKEY SCHOOL
ABOUT OUR CAMPS
Our camps are Monday through Friday and are one or two weeks long. We have four days of training that involve three hours of ice time, classroom, dry-land, competitive activities and an additional 45 minutes of goalie specific training. Campers are split into two teams at the start of camp and compete in a scrimmage on the final day.
Dakota Roots Hockey School was founded by small town hockey players, for small town hockey players and anyone with a passion for hockey.
Our main focus is providing players the opportunity to build their skills, love, and knowledge for the game of hockey during the summer months. We want to help our campers develop healthy training and preparation habits that will help them prepare for their hockey career, wherever they end up.
Our staff carries a variety of coaches that have played and trained at all positions and levels of the game, including professional. We take our jobs as coaches very seriously and want our campers getting the most out of their experience. That being said, we still know how to have fun!
