Refund Policy
All purchases made are final, unless specified below. If you or your child is unable to attend camp and has already completed all payments in full, and the reason for their absence is not covered by the circumstances below, 50% of the camp fee is non-refundable. The remaining 50% of camp will only be refunded in the form of credit to future Dakota Roots Hockey School activities, goods, or services sold. The staff of Dakota Roots Hockey School reserves the right to remove any camp participant they consider to be a disruption or hazard to other participants and their experience at camp, with no refund awarded.

In the event that one of our camps is cancelled for any reason, camp fees will be payed back in full.

If a camper experiences an injury caused by participating in our camp, which causes them to back out of remainder of camp, prior to the start of lunch on Wednesday, they will be refunded half of their camp fees. If this injury occurs after lunch on Wednesday, they will not be refunded.

If a camper experiences a tragic death to a family member, which causes them to back out of camp, prior to lunch on Wednesday, they will be refunded in full. If this even occurs after lunch on Wednesday, they will be refunded half.
